'Engagement Fee' of $1,000 required with Contingency Recruiting.

 Special pricing on all services available for small businesses with less than 30 employees.

1.    CONTIGENCY RECRUITING
  • 10% Contingency Fee (10% of placement’s base salary) when a hire is made for positions under the Director level

  • 15% Contingency Fee (15% of placement’s base salary) when a hire is made for positions Director and above

 2.    HOURLY RECRUITING
  • $60/hour (preferred for Hourly/Freelance roles)

3.    INTERVIEWS ONLY FOR FINAL CANDIDATES (input on fit; no active recruiting)
  • $75 flat rate for each interview 

4.    HR CONSULTING 
  • $100/hour 

 
4.    OUTPLACEMENT SUPPORT

  • Support for exiting employees with a professional resume and cover letter, job search strategy, and LinkedIn optimizationirector level

​

  • Please get in touch for custom packages that can help during a transition due to restructure or layoff

Each recruitment timeline is different based on the particular needs of the organization. I have completed searches in as little as 21 days, although this is not the recommended approach. I have also extended recruitment well beyond 10 weeks, based on the preference of the client.
