10% Contingency Fee (10% of placement’s base salary) when a hire is made for positions under the Director level
15% Contingency Fee (15% of placement’s base salary) when a hire is made for positions Director and above

$60/hour (preferred for Hourly/Freelance roles)
3. INTERVIEWS ONLY FOR FINAL CANDIDATES (input on fit; no active recruiting)
$75 flat rate for each interview

Each recruitment timeline is different based on the particular needs of the organization. I have completed searches in as little as 21 days, although this is not the recommended approach. I have also extended recruitment well beyond 10 weeks, based on the preference of the client.
